Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at our store. We want to ensure you have a great shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Return & Replacement Period

  • We offer a 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy from the date you receive your parcel.

  • If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, user manuals, and accessories intact.

  • Items damaged by the customer or showing signs of usage will not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Items bought on clearance or flash sales.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or unstitched fabrics that have been cut/altered.

4. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number and clear video/photos showing the issue (especially if the item is damaged or wrong).

  3. Once approved, you will need to ship the parcel back to our warehouse address through a reliable courier service (e.g., Leopard, TCS, or Trax).

  4. Please Note: Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer, except in cases where the wrong or damaged product was sent by us.

5. Refunds Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since cash was collected at the doorstep, refunds will be transferred directly to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days after approval.

  • For Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card): The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. It may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Note: Shipping fees paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us immediately within 24–48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for you on a priority basis.
