Thank you for choosing our store. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read our shipping terms and guidelines below.
1. Shipping Destinations

We ship nationwide across Pakistan, covering all major cities, towns, and rural areas serviced by our logistics partners (TCS, Leopards, Trax, etc.).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery may take 4 to 7 working days.

Please Note: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed during peak shopping seasons (like Eid, Blessed Friday, or local holidays), public strikes, or severe weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. [Yahan apni free shipping limit dalein, jaise: 2000 ya 3000].
4. Order Verification Process (For COD)

To ensure smooth delivery and avoid fake orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders go through a verification process.

After placing an order, our team may contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or Phone Call to confirm your shipping address and order details.

Orders will only be dispatched after successful confirmation. Unverified orders will automatically be cancelled after 48 hours.
5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, we will send you a confirmation message via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp containing your Tracking Number and a link to the courier company’s website.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the real-time status of your shipment.
6. Delivery Protocol & Open Parcels

According to the standard rules of courier companies in Pakistan, riders are not allowed to open the parcel before collecting the cash.

Please pay the rider first and receive your package. If you find any issue inside the box (wrong item, broken item, etc.), do not worry—you are fully covered by our 7-Day Return & Replacement Policy. Simply contact our customer support immediately.
7. Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

The courier company will attempt to deliver the parcel to your doorstep up to 2 or 3 times. If you are unavailable or do not receive the call, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

Intentional refusal of verified orders at the doorstep without a valid reason will result in blacklisting the customer’s phone number and address from placing future orders on our website.
